If you're speaking of the beta for the F2P overhaul, the beta invites have already begun, and I think they're actually running giveaways now, or fixing to start. I actually received my beta email about a week and half or so ago.
Speaking of, if stating I am in the beta violates the NDA, I apologize. During every beta I've participated in, I've had to agree to the NDA. I was actually not presented with one to agree to, or even read. I received the email, upgraded my account, and began the process. So my apologies if there's an NDA I don't know about.
