Ok, from what I am hearing in LFG chat, and two other boards is this for server transfers:
If you are Elyos - bored and want to fight Asmos, go to Vaizel. I heard asmos flocked here cuz Elyos suck on this server?
If you are Elyos carebear go to Siel.
If you like to AP trade go to Nezekan.
I don't know much about the East Coast servers because I play on West-Side.
Hope this helps anyone... 
As for myself, idk what to do, I might give it a few weeks and see how things settle down a bit.
