If no MMO suits your needs atm, you could also try out some of Bioware's games (Mass Effect, Mass effect 2, Dragon Age, Knights of the Old Republic, etc). Mass effect 2 is particular favorite of mine and can be found for cheap.
I have been playing WOW for over two years now and i have gotten so bored of it, i was hopping to get some feedback on a new mmorpg, pay or free it does not matter.
please help
Well, WoW is just a simple version of already existing MMORPGs. If you want games similar to WoW but more advanced/deeper/better there's a long list. EverQuest 2, Lord of the Rings Online to name two.
If you want MMOs that are different but far deeper and more interesting than WoW there's Eve, Darkfall, Dark Age of Camelot

There are many out there that are better, but the absolute best advice I can give is stop first. If WoW is no longer fun and boring for you just take a break from it until you discover what you want to play. Trust me, the objectiveness you will gain from a few weeks away from WoW will bring new light to a lot of games and real life opportunities. (Oh and dont hold me accountable when you finally realize what your appartment looks like - REALLY looks like once you stop.)

If you like or evan love PvE i would highly recomend Vanguard but be advised ita alot harder then WoW and much deeper the crafting is so much fun and time consuming.
I have been playing in this Genre for 12 years now and still there is only a handfull of really good or eceptinal games out there.alot of the older MMO's are the best ever Like Everquest 1 DAOC AO was really good and with the revamp will be alot better for free to play there is very very slim options so i will list games that are worth a try if you have never played them.
Everquest 1=This is by far the deepest and most to do mmo it has the most content is any mmo ever.
Everquest 2=this is very solo freindly but as you go up in levels its easier to group to do raids from level 15 all the way to 90.
Vanguard=ppl calll it a EQ clone it got a bad rap when released because it was really buggy but the game is huge and really deep with crafting and the quests are fun and difficult.
Anarchy Online=This is a classic and its free to play for the most part but later on if you enjoy it just sub and get all the expansions this game has a amazing crafting system and etc the quests are fun and some are really challenging but the game is dated untill that new engine overhaul the game will be better to look at when that happens.
DAOC=the game was always great the controls will be a little werid to get use to but it was a great game and the RvR is fun when it happens.
Eve=Best flight sim game out atm takes awile to accumulate skills but its fun once you finnally get deep into it.
Rappelz=This is by far the best F2P mmo i have played and trust me when i say this i have played nearly every mmo created the one downfall for me in this game and the reason i dont play it still is the click to move if that was removed from the game i would jump back on that ship in a heartbeat.
Warhammer online= was a good game to a point but it was trying to be to much like WoW imho .
Aion=This one was the most potential out of all the new mmo's but after level 30 it was more PvP based to level untill the new update 1.9 now i think its more ballanced with more quests to level instead of the PvP.
Final Fantasy XI=This game is unbelivably great its dated now but the new one is just around the corner it takes you a long time to reach the cap with plenty of things to keep you going the whole way.
i can go on and list a few more but this is by far the best of them and i hope this helps.
