In-game UI as usefull/flexible as EQ2
Bonus Features: Rares, In-game events and event items, Vet rewards all a bonus

World of Wurm (teraforming)
Housing of UO Housing in wurm is very good as well specialy since its a crafted item.
Ships and Mounts of DarkFall
Graphics of Conan
Combat of Mount and Blade
Crafting system similar to Either Wurm or SWG or Vanguard was ok as well.
Harvesting system of SWG

What im stuck on is really npc AI, i just cant think of a game with great mob AI.
played M59,UO,lineage,EQ,Daoc,Entropia,SWG,Horizons,Lineage2.EQ2,Vangaurd,Irth online, DarkFall,Star Trek
and many others that did not make the cut or i just plain forgetting about.
Fun and worthwhile pvp...
be it RvR, faction vs faction, guild vs guild, whatever...
I loved DAoC for having PvP with a purpose, and I would love for someone to expand on that...
I'm looking for enough of a difference in the experience I get in any of the current MMOs to make switch permanently to the new one.

3rd / 1st person view selectable with mouse wheel (yeah, lots of mmo's have this already, but new ones seem to wanna force me to pick one of the other, screw that, lazy programmers)..
Sandbox, but I still want quests and stuff, Just not directed like in themepark style games.
Good graphics, but not soo good that I need to spend $1000 on gfx cards and what not just to be able to enjoy the eyecandy at playable frame rates.
Player driven economy.
Sci-Fi/Post Apoc setting.
Instances for dungeon style stuff is OK (I hate waiting in line to kill spawns, and don't care for being interrupted by jerks when I'm doing things like group work).
Character Customization that makes APB look like Ultima I (this might conflict with graphics requirements above, but Oh well, smart devs get paid to work around these kind of requirements, so like my boss tells me with difficult projects to code.. Make it work).
Content difficult to solo, not full group required, perhaps duo for some stuff. Either way, after a certain point, things should get difficult if you insist on going Han Solo (akin to lvl 4 type quests in eve where unless you have a skilled person in a geared ship, you generally want a crew).
No insta-queue from anywhere to anyplace (like bg's and crap.. if you wanna do it, you gotta travel to the place).
No fast travel.
The list goes on....
Oh yeah.. And it shouldn't suck.
Needs to be playable.
And has to be Fun
As well as Immersive.
