Trying to Find Old Accounts

Hi all. Used to be an avid UO player from back in the days of a 56k modem and I have an urge to revisit it. Problem is, I can't remember any of my account details. I don't even have the original game anymore - it's been a few years, several house moves and one from the UK to Aus so no surprise there. I had two accounts; one that I built up and quit and another I bought at some unspecified point off of EBay. I have the faintest of ideas what the account names MIGHT be but no idea on passwords. About the only thing I can give to validate that it was my account is my name and an old address, but even the card used to pay the sub is long gone.
So my question is two fold - with such a scant amount of information, is it worth pursuing trying to resurrect a long (5 years minimum) dormant account and, if so, how do you advise I go about it?

If you contact EA and provide photo ID with any details that would have been on your account (address, etc) and provide proof of that - you should be able to get it back. Wouldn't surprise me if they want credit card info that was on the account, maybe you'll have to dig up some old statements.

Cheers for the that. Hope they don't want old payment details because I really have no idea whatsoever and no way of finding out.
