Game List Trash Can

Cody_RauhCody_Rauh Member UncommonPosts: 76

When i have played a game, it blows, sucks... is absolutely terrible as most are lately...

I only ask for one thing for the game list section of the site... a trash can for members...

This would save me time and trouble in forgetting just how horrible something was and retrying it again, or having to filter through the endless list of mmo's which are starting to look more and more like viagra ads in my mail box.

cheers!

    I second this.

With 100+ games to try, most of them FTPs not worth the bandwidth, this would be a great addition to the site.

    A couple problems.

One, this site doesn't want to give bad publicity outright.

Two, if they did it like Rotten Tomatoes, and the userbase could vote whether it's trash or not - you are *still* going to find every single game in the trash pile because of how people using these boards are. Extra accounts and general distaste for everything is just going to make WoW the only game not in the pile. Maybe Eve would luck out as well, but it's doubtful.

I was thinking more on a personal note. A checklist so to speak for personal use, so when I go to try a game I see ones I already have and what not.

yes personal use.. not site wide... der die der.. come on guys lol...

We can already select games from the list we've played or are playing, so I don't see why being able to remove them from our personal lists would be a problem.

But honestly though, if I truly found a game to be so terrible, it's hard to forget and it's name sticks with me like being sprayed by a skunk.

Or at least a filter that persists through our login sessions.

and the ability to filter out TYPES of games.

I really would like to filter out P2P games, since I refuse to play them any longer.

For different reasons, I agree being able to filter based on pay method would be nice.

there essentially is a games list trash can, just sort by rating (releseased titles only, as anything coming out soon is probably rated very high) and only look at the games rated above 8.00

last time i was looking for a new game, thats how i started my search and was not dissappointed. i wish i had done this before buying sto.

i will also add there may be games below this threshold that you would enjoy, buy the further down the list you go, the less i would expect from the game.

IF THE ONLY DEFENCE FOR CRITICISM OF A GAME IS CALLING SOMEONE A TROLL OR HATER, THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE GAME

I just realized because I don't go to the list very often, that you can sort the list based on pay method.  While this is not perfect as TBA games are listed throughout the item mall or free games, it is a good way to move all the released games with a monthly fee to the bottom of the list.  Thought the guy that didnt want anything to do with P2P would like to know.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing. Thanks though.
