LF Slower-paced combat, strategy-oriented MMO

I am seeking anything in between the genres of RTS-to-Turn-based strategy games.  Where each "skill" used is thought about (like Chess) or even Spellborn's roulette system.  Anything out there?

Atlantica Online perhaps?  Heard it was turn based MMO.

Yup, Atlantica is turn-based, It's quite fun too. Also, there's Dofus. :)

Although Atlantic Online is "turn based", though it has a 30-second timer, and with the animations effectively removing 5-10 seconds of that time, well, it definitely doesn't feel like turn-based, rather more like "rush everything quickly so you can get all your moves in", and often losing those turns.

I would also agree with previous poster about FFXI more "slower paced"; it's not a such a click-fest when compared to most games.
