They dont want me to play, seriously, they got bugs !

Oki, i was a CoH player and wanted to try CO to see the difference and then it hit me ! Cryptic cant even work webpages...

 

I tried to make an account ... it says my logic and e-mail are already taken... cant remember the password, so i ask for a resend. After a day no password resent to that famous already taken e-mail so i decide to make a new account (again) with a 2nd e-mail adress i got. Registration process is done just need to activate the account with the mail I received. In the mail it says click on the link below ( nolinks in the mail ) or copy paste the adress in your nav bar. So i do that ... redirected me to the main site where an error msg is waiting for me ... string too long . So i cant activate my account, no account activated, cant play, cant try the trail, i dont buy ... fail fail situation, Welcome to the cryptic world!

 

At least it didnt start to bug AFTER i paid the game!

    I currently play both Champions and STO.  I have had absolutely NO problem with anything with Cryptic.  You must have really bad luck.

    Nah! It gets worst!

     

    I really wanted to try the game so i make a new account with a new email adress (that ive just created for it). When i try to Activate my account again ... same bug nothing works, exept this time I realise that the link they give me is broken and change some digits of it (5 characters) and replace em for '@' ... It happens to be working! My account is activated !

    Starts off the game and try loggin on .... wrong .... error msg telling that there is no such user!

    I browse into the forum to check if the problem happened before ... nope nothing on forum, I try one of their friends trial passcode... most of em already used up but after 15 min i got one that work on my account. Try log in .... doesnt work again.

     

    Maybe im unlucky, maybe im diong something wrong but in anycase if i get that much troubles just to logging i cant even imagine how patching will be !

     

    I erased the client ...

    Yeah, it sounds like you are unlucky.  Maybe you had an issue with your web browser.  I haven't had any issues like this, so if you decide to try again then just use a different web browser and try to read the instructions carefully.
