Question about Mabinogi

Ok ive been wanting to try this game. And i forget why I havnt tried it UNTIL i figure out that its because of the rebirth system it has..... should i just try the game? lol

Not sure what your difficulty is, the rebirth system is fine. You can get a free one every three weeks if you rebirth to age 17 each time, and paid ones once per week. It doesn't get dull because the levels go by fast. I'd just try it.
Just to make sure you don't confuse anything about Rebirths, you don't lose your skills. By starting over at level 1, you are able to gain even more skill points to raise the skills of your choices.
Also, I recall there's an explanation for rebirth. (Mabinogi has a decent amount of story/lore)
