so i am on for the pc!   yay i will look into getting one tommow or over the weekend.   i just have to take the extra step and call them lol. no big deal!

ty for this great news i do know lot of player have felt very very annoyed by this issue in america and the fact there is a support center to help resolve or at least explain is a big relief for those that enjoy final fantasy!
