It says one new message but there are no message.It has been liek this for a month now.Looking for help

    I just got the same error today. I have a new message in my inbox but I can't read it. Hope somebody is looking into this.

    Have it saying I have one message and only 99% of my mail quota free, when I have ZERO messages. Mail box is empty. Been like this for MONTHS.
