Can't create a free trial account, pls help

I downloaded the client and have been trying to setup a free trial account for 2 days, every time I get this error

Your submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTx

 

Tried searching on the Lotro forums and contacting their support but as I am not an account holder I can't reach them.

I would really like to try Lotro but this is a huge pain....Does anyone have any suggestions?

it's on the DDO forums but well both is turbine, hope it helps

Thanks, but they tell me to submit a petition and then ask me for username, planet my character is  on, bank holder name and credit card security number in order to submit that petition. 

So I am still stuffed essentially, I want to start the free trial and I dont have all these details!!!
