in Star Trek Online

Well I decided to log in and see how things were going with the new stf and this flashed up on the screen:

 

Server not responding

 

and then all my controls froze up. Im assuming this is some kind of simulation of a ship computer crash and i have to repair my computer to get my ship functioning again. How do I do this while all my controls are frozen. Can anyone help?

    You're still a subscriber? LOL.

    On a serious note, maybe an emergency patch to fix the pooch screw from this morning's patch where all mail attachments disappeared?

     I saw that episode, it was awesome!   Picard and crew are investigating this race of people who do nothing but game 24/7 and then....

     No cancelled a while back but was dumb enough to buy into they hype so have a few more days of trial time left.
