From Massively; En Masse Entertainment isn't messing around, judging by today's announcement regarding several game industry heavyweights joining forces with the publisher of the forthcoming TERA MMORPG. "We want En Masse Entertainment to serve as a magnet for creative talent. As we build toward the launch of TERA, we are adding veteran strength to all facets of the company to ensure a topnotch action MMO experience for our customers," said CEO Dr. Jae-Heon Yang.  http://www.massively.com/category/tera/

Good to read that En Masse is very serious about this franchise.  Granted, Im not as up to speed, but news like this is encouraging me to watch it more closely.

Striving for Silver Stars since Gold is so effeminate.

Yep, and remember TERA has been pushed back to early 2011, so it gives them time to work on the game with the new people!

And not only that, but a good number of the En Masse team have their own accounts on the official forums.  They're very involved in both making the game and the community for the game.  They have the standard community managers on there, but also the creative writing manager and the lead writer for the game.  Whie the latter two don't post quite as much, they've promised that they'll be posting lore info and answering questions on that once they're given the green light to tell the community.

Yeah, actually the writers are very significant in a case like this, becuase they have to write the story totally apart from what has been written originally in order to have it make sense, and be more relevant to western gamers.
