LF Manual Space Combat MMO
Yeah, im looking for something ala' Jumpgate, just not as outdated when it comes to graphics, having alot of other players also doesnt hurt. EvE is not an option for me, I want engaging combat that doesnt bore me to sleep.
I looked at Taikodom but seems like that game is kinda empty? Also servers seemed pretty laggy back then.

I guess JGE is supposed to be coming out soon. however there is no definite release date. but in Khatie's goodbye post it said it was on its last leg of development so hopefully that means beta sometime soon. i played JGC a bit last year and cant wait to see JGE.
Yes im eagerly awaiting jge aswell, but for as much as we really know it might be released next year, lol.
Well rockjaw's respose on new JGE updates, said they hope to have an update by E3 in june, but that wasnt a definate or a promise. So basically there isnt going to be any beta AT LEAST until July, fall is a more likely estimate though.
Take a look at black prophecy, its going to be released as F2P, but it looks amazing. It will most likely be released before JGE imo. But other than those 2, nothing is really on the radar for space MMOs besides EvE.
Taikodom?
Haven't check the game for a while but it is free MMO with elite physics.
i believe Black Prophecy is also supposed to be coming out soon, so another game for you to look at. I don't know much about Taikodom, but it looks a lot like Space cowboy online, which was re-release or changed and then came back as Aces online then changed again to Air Rival....i think. So it sounds like your just looking from some Cockpit action, you can check out either of those.
It has got PVE, missions, resource gathering, manufacturing, trade, character progression etc.
Like any average MMO, just in space(no planet interaction).
Your only options are Taikodom, Black Prophecy, or Jumgate Evolution. Taik is released in Europe only, the other two aren't even in open beta. As far as I know, there are zero options besides those.
