New starting city?

I remember hearing that they initially planned to have a 3rd good starting city and area included with the expansion.  Did that ever happen?  I haven't heard anything about it but I've been out of the EQ2 news loop for a while.

    Probably be Halas and most likely pushed back for a update in the near future.

    supposed to be added in the second quater probably when cataclysm will be lunch

    Halas will come with the next GU normally in May 2010.

    They pushed it back because of the release of SF and the battle grounds. It is supposed to come in May as mentioned.
