Hello
I tried SWG about 3 years ago (post-NGE obviously) and found the game to be quite a bit of fun. The only real issue I had with the game was an extreme lack of content after I finished the legacy quest line. That brought me to about level 55. After that there were some quests on the wookie planet but only a few and they didn't even bring me to level 60. After that I was left with running these random kill missions (accepted from terminals) that were both boring and inefficient compared to the previous quests.
Being faced with the prospect of grinding from level 56 to 80 (at which point more quests would become available) I quit because I simply couldn't be arsed to grind boring kill-missions for 200+ hours.
So I guess my question is: was the lack of content between level 55 and level 80 fixed in the last few years? Is it now possible to quest all the way from level 1 to level 90 or are there still any gaps?
Has anyone leveled a character recently and can answer me this question?
Thanks in advance.

They have added more content; Meatlump Park, something to do with a secret society and stuff like that. Most are more top end stuff and I found them difficult to solo even as a 90 so the concept may not have been as a Legacy extension, but more as a end game thing.
Last time I played my 74 I still found it quicker and easier to do the 10 faction missions a day.

Hey!
Yes, still gaps, but honestly, if 58-90 was that difficult for you before, I seriously doubt SWG is the game for you now. All SWG is these days is a grind fest - "events" all for different tokens, Battle Fields for "tokens, GCW for "buffs", Heroics for tokens.. If you couldn't take grinding from 58-90, how on Earth are you going to go weeks trying to get ONE set of Heroics completed? One of 20+ that you'll need to make to complete your "jewelry" set. And how would you make it the months required to grind GCW points? Or the frustration of que'ing for a battle field and never getting in?
Listen, do what you like, maybe I misread what you want...but IMO, you're seriously just setting yourself up to be frustrated and disappointed.
Yes, I've leveled plenty of toons in this past year. 58-90 was easy tbh. The daily missions are the best addition for a new player.
Kind of remembered the secret society thing; Azure cabel? or something like that :-)
To amp what Tux touched on. When I first leveled my 90 the big place was the NE corner of Dant. Plenty of 80 - 90's, good loot, good XP, soloable etc..... A ways back they revamped all the top end Mob's and kicked them up to elites and gold elites which really changed the way to look at the game. Lot harder from that aspect now, which is why I had problems with the Azure stuff since every bad guy and his brother was an elite 90 or double (gold) elite 90.
Same with the 'vette mission now, no more going through it with a small group or even solo. Now it's a full group, top end mission.

Yeah, the NPC that starts it (Azure) is standing just outside the cantina in Theed.
That quest isn't available to you until almost 80 though iirc. 58-75 is easy with the daily mission, XP buff and Meatlump. Just the Meatlump intro will gain you 5+ levels. Add Kashyyyk to that and 75 is a breeze from 58.
At 75, Heroic pre-quests. Head to the old Village to start em. Those alone should take you to 90, if not, they'll get you well past 80 to start Azure and Azure has all the XP you need to finish your grind to 90.

Or...
You're going from 58-90 - no need to try to understand the entire system or over-complicate things.
