Unanswered messages to [email protected]

I have sent a few private messages to [email protected] that were not responded to.  I also noticed that when I get a PM from a staff member it goes into my unverified inbox.   Is there a problem with my acct or profile?  If not, where do we direct our inquiries if we do not get a response from [email protected] ?

 Edit to add:

Sorry this was the suggestion part.... if not already procedure.. all messages should get a reply of some sort so people don't feel like they are being ignored!

    Hey Mike.  Sent another PM yesterday so I hope you got it.

    I wonder if part of the issue is that my MMORPG messages for some reason end up in my Unverified Inbox... am I bugged in some way and could that be why your not getting the replies?

     

    If not. have you considered my suggestion of an auto-reply?  Just so we know the message went through?

    I have the same issue. I have sent some suggestion/request looong time back and recieved no answer ever.. :(

    Nope, no responses to either emails or forum private messages.

    Just another indication this site is here solely for ad revenue.

    Naw, a while back I got a warning over something pretty lame and I sent a quick 'wth' reply to community@ and MikeB handled it within the hour. This was at least a few months ago though, and I do not remember what inbox it came in.
