Aion account hacked

Hello gamers.

Just wondering if anyone has the same as me, i have not been playing aion for a month actualy i had it uninstalled off ma laptop cos i got bored, but i paid up to May 2010. i just got an MSN off a friend who still plays saying someone logged on 27th feb 2010 and left the legion then logged off. i went straight to my ncsoft account and someone changed my password and account details. ofc i sent a ticket straight away. but i have not hit Bot sites nor dodgey webpages selling gay gold. i'm so against it in our legion i got plenty banned cos i caught them doing naughties. i have read in other posts/websites that after 1 month of inactive use acounts have been known to get hacked. anyone have any intel on this? ah no one has my account info either.
