Mouselook toggle problems.

There's an option that I'm trying to enable, but for some reason, it won't work. The feature I'm trying to enable is "Mouselook toggle", it can be found under View options in controls. I don't get it, I key bind it, in fact I tried many keys and it doesn't seem to work with any key. What's up with this? I use to play the game some years ago and I clearly remember this feature to be working as I cannot play any other way. All the games "MMO's" I've played and still play, have this feature and if they don't well I don't play them. 

So what's up with this, can someone tell me?

Preferably, if someone is still playing, could they login to the game and try this feature see if it works for them. I'm wondering if it's on my end that I can't get it to work is if it's the feature itself that isn't working any more. But then again if it's not working why would they still leave the option to key binding in there....

 

Anyway, someone help, since Im on trial account and days are running out and Id like to try this game out "again" before I decide to resub.
