What was your Mass Effect 2 ENDING ? (heavy SPOILERS!!!)

Booyah, what a game, and WHAT an ending! In 25 years being a gamer I honestly feel this end was one of the most spectacular and glorious. Since I already had imported my "paragon" ME1 savegames, I meet all my old friends in the game as well, which was really moving.

END SPOILERS!!!

 

 

 

 

 

So, how did you game end?

HAD SEX?

With none. I wasnt into the girls, and I felt a commanding officer should not have relationships with his crew.

DID YOU GET ALL COMPANIONS?

Yes. Even the last one who isn't on the list. Talked to that one much and it was VERY intersting.

WHO DIED?

For me, I save all of my crew. I send Tali in the vents. Garrus led the other team, Zaeed the civlians, Samara made the biotic shield,

and I upgraded ship and personell as best as possible, so all made it out alive!

THE BASE DESTROYED?

Yes, sure. I never really like Cerberus and the Illusive Man, and I didnt think he should have a hand on such a thing. Or anyone.

VARIOUS

I made Shepard max Paragon, again. I had everyone's loyalty and was at very good standing with everyone.

 

My fav companions where Zaeed, Mordin and Jack. First I thought Zaeed was the BIGGEST asshole in the galaxy, but if you take him along and listen to his comments in every situation you realize he isnt such a bad guy, as it seems. Jack was powerful, a bit spooky in her "I killed everything that pissed me off", but I had the feeling she really began to change in the end. And Mordin's scientific comments were also quite insightful.

 

So, how was your ending? ^^

Sadly I couldn't find my ME1 save game so I had to go at it from scratch without my old story line.

Relationship: Miranda, but I did reload before that and tried Tali, was dieing to see what was behind the mask but it never got shown

Companions: Got all.

Who Died: No matter who I had leading the distraction team the person always died, I tried Grunt, Thane and Legion, all died, so ended up sacrificing Jack since she never did connect to how I played, sent Garrus on the escort team and lived, and Samara also did my shield.

Collector Base: Destroyed.

Team: Always had Miranda with me and then changed between Garrus, Thane and Tali depending on the mission.

Favor: Paragon

I am replaying it as a Renegade being completely evil.

Imported my ME1 paragon character.

Relationship: Miranda, then after the game ended, had a relationship with Tali (Was curious haha)

Companion: Got all and had all loyal members

Who Died: At first Mordin did, wasn't too sure why, most seem to think you just get lucky with him. After that I reloaded and tried again and managed to save all the team and myself

I sent Legion in tunnels, Miranda led the first team. Then I had Mordin go back with the team (originally  Grunt, but on second go had Mordin do it)  Garrus headed the distraction team and Samara was my barrier. Finally I had everyone rear guard and me and two others went and killed that dang reaper.

Collectors: Killed them and their base, too risky to keep in my opinion

Team: Throughout the game I swapped between all of them, but my favourite characters were, Grunt, Thane, Miranda, Samara and Tali.

Alignement: Paragon

I also told the Illusive man to get stuffed...thinking I'm gonna be hunted in the final installment haha.

Now replaying as the character I'll be importing as my main for ME3 which continues on from the ME1 character as well. I'm also trying it on insane....damn it's hard. Choosing options I'd choose if I was the commander and keeping the relationship from ME1 rather than cheating. That's the basic Idea for this playthrough anyway.
