It keeps sending me back to this page: https://trial.turbine.com/index.php whenever i enter my registration, and it never completes or finalizes my registration, so essentially I am stuck in a loop of re-applying. Any help?

do you already have a DDO FREE Product Key?
If not, send a request using this online support ticket : www.ddo.com/component/content/article/482-account-ticket.
you can leave fields that are not applicable blank (ie Card Holder First/Last Name, Last Four Digits of Card on File, World Character is On:)
Type of Issue: New Free Account Key Request
Put the email address where they will send your Free Product Key to. Wait for a few days.
Once you receive your free key, you must upgrade (or create) your Turbine Account at https://myaccount.turbine.com/
Happened to me before. Tried multiple times to register, tried different PCs. This was the only way it worked for me.
