"Hybride Studios, the team behind the visual effects for the movies 300 and Sin City, have released part one of their Assassin's Creed II miniseries. The miniseries, dubbed "Lineage," introduces the plot of a corrupt family trying to usurp the Medici dynasty in Italy. The quality and acting in the first installment is actually quite good. Of course, one couldn't expect less from a studio which delivered such great visual masterpieces in the movies. It is understandable that people would assume (due to horrible movie/game tie-ins over the years) that this would be utter garbage, but Ubisoft aims to bring quality across all platforms."
