looking for a new mmorpg to play

i'm looking for a mmo to play.

 

i'm looking for stuff like player housing a desent crafting system and too buggy.

 

also are there any games coming out that might have this?

    Knights of Dream City has "colonies" you can tax but no housing. Good crafting though.

    RealmLords is going to have player housing soon.

    Earth Eternal is going to have completely customizable "groves" which are player housing with completely terraformable yards and everything.

    Give Lord of the rings or fallen Earth a try. There's always darkfall too. Hope ya find something.

    I have been playing WIZARD101, has housing and so far has not been a let down. Quite fun with a sub..

    tried to get a subscription and it denighed me.  i have a feeling it is because they want to know when the card was issued.  dunno, if you played this game send me a pm if you know how to get around that.  no biggie really, currently playing UO.  man is that an old game, but it's still nice :)  though i thought it was a 3d, not a 2d game.
