I doubt it, just be in german, and possibly a few patches behind (but might catch up).

ya, it's more for the german players and even some EU players
i wonder if this will affect EU players that are playing in the US server? would they migrate to the new server?
Maybe mid-level characters would switch. But I highly doubt any 120+ who would switch quickly.
mmm probably, since leaving your high level character to start a new one can be time and money consuming
yeah... you said it.. it is very time and money consuming.
unless they allowed that their accounts to be transfered, i guess if it's possible, there would be some additional fees for it
some mmos allowed this kind of transfer
