There seems to be something fishy going on with damage values. I can only speak for myself so far. I'm a ranger and Stun shot which is supposed to do like 300-400 damage (or something) can sometimes crit for well over 1.6k damage.

Like thats not crazy enough, sometimes it CRITS for 250 damage -_O

Is this something new for the non chinese/korean servers or have this bull-- been going on for long, anyone have a clue?

Yeah it seems that skill is bugged.

Might it be WHAT you're hitting? If you a low level monster with a very low defense it may do more damage, and hitting a higher level monster may do less. While one at your own level may be what the skill is rated for.

if it is players you're shooting, then shooting a Sorc or assassin will hit for more dmgz than hitting a templar, for example...

I wouldn't know for sure, all my cleric does is run away and healz so far :] (still afraid to melee, maybe too long playing WoW)

RIP Ribbitribbitt you are missed, kid.

I thought that was changed after 1.0, but it seams not.

I dont play ranger, so i will speak about 1.0, dont know the changes in 1.5.

All that is related to the ranger class. It seams the gap between the min and mx damage of a skill produce that kind of results.

Ranger is, or was, the class with most diference in skills damage (min and max), so, when u land a critical and the critical is a multiplier of the normal damage, u can see huge diferences.

I repeat, this information is based on 1.0, it can be outdate.

Yea since armor values really make a difference in this game.
