What Does Stats Do?!

Feels lame that I dont even know the basics, what the stats does. Usually when you put your mouse pointer over a skill you see a description what it does, not in Aion.

I just recently found out that ACCURACY increased direct damage for rangers...

So is there by any chance a guide or something that explains all the in-depth stuff about how each stat works and how each stat works against each other stat (Acc vs Block and so on)?

Agility/Dexterity:                           Dodge, shield defense, parry, concentration

Will Power:                                  Total MP, MP regen rate
