Icecrown citadel features a 3 winged 5man dungeon as well as the 10/25man Raid

PTR 3.3 looks to start any day now too.

First round PTR could just the dungeon, a month later the raid with bosses released every few weeks. Can easily 3.3 PTR up for a good 3 months.
I think the playerbase is pretty happy with class balance, so the only thing really tested is the 3 new five man dungeons and the raid.
I too think we will see Cata around April
Just updating my test version and it is a HUGE patch, currently 1.66GB.
Looking at the notes there are some interesting little changes to low level characters again;
- Rogue get duel wield and two daggers on creation now
- Spellcasters chance of making a 'glancing blow' in line with all other races now
- Health and Mana regen increased up to 200%, reducing to normal by L15
- Spell mana costs reduced for lower level spells
- Starting health on all races will be the same (orcs, dwarves, tauren 1 extra Stam)
Looking at these changes they are either pointing towards more even PvP at lower levels or just even faster levelling at the bottom end???
It must be Thursday, i never could get the hang of Thursdays.
The link to the dungeon description also mention Arthas, but wouldn't he be the boss for the 10/25 man raid?
