keep getting service not available message...

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me? I just reinstalled the game,and opened my sub.Then i got the updates,and i login ,pick a server then i get a loading screen..... the bar goes almost to full ,then i get a message saying "service not available".
I dont know if windows 7 is the issue or not i have tried running it in xp mode with no luck.
update: i figured it out...it was a issue with my firewall.
