Mythic is creating a new DAoC server and allowing free transfers from any other server to the new one. Check the bottom of the account management page for information about 10 day resub bonus for returning players.

Actually it is more of a mandatory server merge. You will be permitted to login to the current servers, but that is to allow you to copy your character over. All of the actual game play will be on Ywain. Full documentation is not posted yet, but this is not meant to be optional.
