I have no idea if Acclaim or Frogster have fixed this yet, but 2 months ago you were not able to manually cancel your account (ridiculous I know). My only option to cancel the game back then was by sending an email to support, which I did and whereby I recieved an email back stating that my account and all my details would be deleted and that no further charges would accrue.
Well I just came back from over a month's trip in Europe and had a look at one of my CC statements, lo and behold I was friggin charged again. The date of their reply email is 30th May, I was charged 9th June. What a load of shit, I've just sent an email to them asking for an explanation and a refund.

I remember the thread a while ago talking about how you had to manually talk to the support but they said the payment cancelation wasnt setup and that you'd half to wait and they assured you it would be working before the next cycle.
You def should get your money back that's officially stealing your money..
Update:
I just got an email back stating that the amount has been refunded and will appear on my statement in 5-7 working days.
Nevertheless I just thought I'd give people here a heads up that it might happen to them too.
