Silent Legion is one of the oldest guilds on Hellscream. We are a family oriented casual raiding guild. The majority of our members have been with us for a very long time, and we try to recruit those who are looking for a permanent guild to call home. We believe in Team Work, loyalty, honesty and commitment. These are our values and beliefs, and what comes from this is success as a Team!

'Family oriented' means we enforce a PG13 rating on guild chat, out of respect to others within the guild. It also means we try to be supportive of each other (as guildies) and generally accepting of one another. Our members represent our guild with honor and dignity.

'Casual' refers to our raiding schedule...nothing more. We raid twice a week for 4 hours each session...a hardcore raid guild raids +3 nights a week at +5 hours a night...15-20 raiding hours a week vs 8...we are casual.

However, we are a raiding guild. Blizzard designed raid encounters to a specific level of intensity and to be a raiding guild means we have to match the appropriate intensity and aggressiveness in order to succeed. 'Casual' does not reflect our attitude towards raiding. 'Casual raiding' equates to 'unsuccessful raiding'. In order to support this, Silent Legion has a set of guidelines in place to support these objectives, providing clarity to how we operate, everything is out in the open for everyone to interact with. We use a rotation basis, so that we have plenty of members geared and fully knowledgeable in all the strats. We have also set minimum base requirements that must be met in order for anyone to be considered for participating within the 25 person content.

We check everyone's gear and guild history prior to doing an interview with them. It is important to us that our members not be guild hoppers and want to be a solid member of Silent Legion. Being under geared coming into this guild is not an issue. We are a Team and we help support those who are wishing to raid. We teach and give advice on all areas of your class to help you be successful. Your success will add to our success!
