First in-game event held today...

Total fucking failure....

 

100+ people showed up on the Runeshaper server for the 4:00 scavenger hunt, of the 100 at least 30 already had the items needed, of those 30 probably a whole 5 of them got a prize, while the other 70 people mobbed the ONLY gm giving our pizes in an attempt to trade/show that they had the items.

 

I myself was there at the very beginning, had all the items, and got jack diddly, not even a fricken participation prize.

 

Sure its their first event, but for fucks sake do a bit better than that?!

My suggestion is to post constructive information about the event on the main forums. EVERY live event team goes through growing pains. The more constructive feedback they get in the beginning, the more likely they will be to continue events. The better the feedback, the better the events will be.

 

Give zero feedback or just bitch and whine, and not only will events not improve but they may likely be deemed not worth the effort and get discontinued.

 

Head over to the NeoSteam forums and let them know what you liked and disliked. In the long run, doing so works in your favor.
