Any good crafting games out there

Hi can anybody help me

Im looking for a game that has a good crafting side to it. ive played SWG , LOTR , EVE, EQ2, VANGUARD, and a few others.

If you want a good crafting game, try A Tale in the Desert.  Or are you after a game where crafting is only a minor side activity?

I haven't played most of the games you list, but I can tell you that you could split ATITD's crafting system into a dozen disjoint parts, each of which would by itself be deeper than the entire crafting system in Vanguard.

2 games come to mind. Lotro and wow. Seems you didn't list wow in your first post.

EDIT: Lineage2 has some crafting to it, i just never got to the part where it pays off and it's very grindy.

WoW's crafting system is purely something stupid to grind levels in.  The crafting process is you click a button, wait a few seconds (or maybe a few dozen seconds), and you're done.  That's literally all there is to it.  I haven't played LotRO, but have the impression that the crafting system there is similar.

sorry i have tried wow, and your right its crap lol. crafting would be my main resean to play the game , im not a pvp'er so that side of the game wouldnt interest me .
