Authentication error

Hey, my friend just created his trial account and is getting this error. FOr me it worked fine, but he gets the problem. I found mythic's official post, but the EU page is so shit I can't find half of the things the Mythic rep is talking about. Anyone know how to fix this? 





edit: I also tried logging in on his account on my pc, got the same error
