need help with 12 sky key

i got 12 sky 2 key here. it showed me my key. but then i didnt register the game and download client right away. after i aquire the key from the page and i jus ran off to somewhere else and close my browser.
so now i have a problem. the key dont email to me either. help. i went to the key giveaway page again but then it says zero left. no fair. help.
