It's client based under a form of C++ but it also comes with web publishing which is how it's final release will be published.

I'll be happy to, but only once the company is ready. The company doesn't want to release it's name yet until it's ready to release the game name and info also. Or else people will use it to find the game info ahead of time. But remember this is a new company so you wont have heard of it before
