Not that I expect an answer here...but it's ridiculous how I am shut out via all means of communication to the company. Since my situation is more rare than the "0 charge" situation, it appears it's not being looked at. How will they ever know about it? Here's what's going on:
During preorder phase I attempted to buy and received an "auth error". I then tried again after the loading was complete. I tried this three more times. Well, here I am with 3.17 charged to my Credit card from Darkfallonline.com.
After reading the support FAQ number 5 says that this will be treated as a pre-order if I didn't receive an email. Fine. When I look at my account, it still appears that nothing was successful in the system. What does this mean for me? Do I attempt to purchase the game normally when it releases? OR, do I wait until AFTER normal orders go through to get my "pre-order" resolved after the normal buyers get in game? This makes absolutely no sense, and the Darkfall Team has not commented once on the issue of multiple charges except for the Support FAQ, which was obviously wrong since they are done working on this type of issue (they only mention the "0" charge issue as the only thing left before normal purchases.
Does anyone else have this problem? No email AND nothing in account manager (yet a charge or more to your CC) ?
