• Ulduar 10/25 man raid with 14 bosses(11 of which have a hard mode option ala Sartharion)
• 5 new glyphs per class
• About 19 new companion pets
• About 12 new mounts including a flying gnome head 
• Dual Specs
• Equipment manager
• Argent Tournament (with its achievements and new feats of strength)
• Dungeons and Raids now have ingame maps
• Other small stuff including a door to Old Ironforge (zone not implimented yet)
