death knight customization question

I heard from a friend that death knights get new customizaiton options in creation.

 

anyone have examples of this for like night elves, tauren and draenai. one of my friends has a hard time understanding why the good races like night elves and draenai can be death knights lol.

 

and then how can they be working for arthas and their normal faction at the same time.
