Ok, I found this quite interesting.

The merc can dedect, or will at least try to, when you are dozing off behind the wheel.

The on-board computer calculates how long you have been driving, how hard you are holding on to the steering wheel, how fast or slow you are accelerating, how hard you push the pedals and the most important one: how you drive (your steering wheel maneuvers etc).

If the way you drive is completely different from the way you started out driving in the first minutes and when the computer decided you are dozing off it will warn you.

The merc will make sounds and indicate you are falling asleep and should pay attention or pull your car over (indication is with a little cup of cofee on the dashboard).
