how do I create a blog?

the question is simple..yet I dont know how,,if anyone can tell me how to create a blog, i would feel much obliged.

    I'm not sure how it can be made simpler.  It takes two clicks from any page.  Here's the first one.

    Been there..i must be slow or something, because, sadly, I dont see where i can start my own blog..lol?

    now my blog says "blurp" and i cant write anymore, and i havent written more than this...howcome?
