I was just wondering as we start moving away from the original landscape of eridor and closer to mordor what happens to the free peoples of eridor? in the books of the lord of the rings the battle of eridor is far far from over where we are in the story now. In my perspective of the lore in the story the shire is over run with thugs as is bree and half orc and man brigands conqour lots of bree land, while rivendell battles angmar directly
just wondering if the devs are going to continue to have free or paid content updates in Eridor as Eridors situation continues to become worst??

As the add more "books" the fellowhip moves. SO if you are refring to "Where we are in the story", it will change if the new areas are somewhere on the path of the fellowship.
Time, for all intents, shifts as you move east.

No, the game is set up where the player follows the story.
So If I'm understanding your question correctly, once the fellowhip gets closer to Mount Doom, you will not see the rest of the world changing. There could be a reference to what is currently happening in one of the new areas but you will not be going back to the shire to see it over run by brigands and Saruman. There could be session play for that, however.

The games does "Warp time and space", but its brilliant how they do it, but some times hard to follow if your not actively playing through it, only then does it make sense.

What im trying to figure out is when the fellowship moves east and we get a new content update for Rohan lets say will next update maybe have a new book head back to angmar to assist the elves who are laying siege to some angmarian city state?
Most likely "no".
Think of each area as a sort of chapter in a book. So when you go back to angmar the story is exactly where it was when you were doing quests in that area. Now, there could be instances with quests that are current to wherever the current expansion is, but nothing has been said about that.

I just hope they look in to having content updates in eridor, so i can keep batteling Angmar to save the hobbits and at the same time move on to help stopping Mordor
