Please help

Can someone please help me? I was really excited for this game, and my computer took 4 hours to download the game. but  when the game finished patching, I clicked start game. The screen became black and then my arrow changed to the mmorpg arrow. But Suddenly an error showed up . It said:

Update:We established an error report you to be possible to send for us. This report form is the security and anonymous

If anyone could please help me I would really appreciate it. Thank-you.
