trying to install maplestory

Having some issues when installing the game, and I really would like to try it out. Heres a screenshot.
Im trying to install the game to 
directory where I have more than enough free space for the game, the question is why is it trying to force install the game in my Windows directory which is C:

cant they do even installers properly nowadays. Sorry I'm just raging because simple thing like thing like this cant even work out. Help would be appreciated.

edit2: I was trying global Maplestory server, in the website they said they dont accept any new accounts and that my ip is blocked to even try. So, I went to MapleSEA and they didnt say nowhere that my ip is blocked so I thought I could play there. I downloaded the damn client with 20kb/s speed took me some time. The installer was working properly and I was amazed that soon I could try the game out. I entered the game, registered that took some time, tried to enter game and guess what? 'Your IP is blocked from these servers' I was like f*ck sake! why didnt you tell me that in the first place when registering!? Now I've lost all interest to even touch this game. Laters

This problems doesnt make any sense, seriously.
Your harddisk is full it doesn't have enough space to install,
to continue install remove another game that you dont play and try again
