Dear Players,
To provide better service, the TQ team has developed a comprehensive Customer Service Center Page https://account.91.com/common/index.aspx for our players (you can find the page entrance "Customer Service" on the top of the ZO homepage). First of all, players can manage their account issues and TQ Point Card purchase issues on this page. Further more, you can also report server problems or game related bugs to the TQ service team.
