What pixel shader does your graphic card have to support?
1.0 or 2.0 and higher?

Thanks for the info. Looks like I won't be able to play this game afterall =/
Damn my brother for buying the Radeon 9250 cause it was *cheap*. It can play most games on medium-high settings, but if the game uses vertex pixel shading I can't play it at all cause most games use 2.0 and higher and the 9250 chose the random number of 1.4 as the highest level it can go.
