With everything so far gearing towards this game being a new game in the KOTOR series, maby the real question to everyone here is "do you even like KOTOR to begin with?"
Personally, I never really playe the KOTOR series because they didn't amuse me enough purely because they were Single-Player only. They were definitly good games but I hardly ever play single-player games purely with a few exceptions of Resident Evil and retro-console games.

It's SWTOR not KOTOR.
Is that you in your sig?
That must be what a moogle would look like if they ever became humans.
Knights Of The Old Republic = K.O.T.O.R. You don't even know what that is?

I wish it was. But it's the greatest professional StarCraft player through times IMO. The "legend killer" JaeDong. Currently holding spot #1 in TeamLiquid power rankings and #2 in official KESPA rankings.

There are a few single player games I enjoy a lot. Of late I've given up on MMOs as all the ones that have come out are not interesting to me at all.
I tried to play Warhammer and became bored of it's PvE and PvP content very quickly. (I wish developers would actually try to innovate with PvE content. They just do the same GPS system that started with WoW over and over again.)
Right now I'm trying out Fallout 3. We will see how long that last me. One thing I don't like about Bethesda games is there is to many items you can pick up. Why allow for pickup of all these worthless items? Still I like the Fallout theme so the game seems pretty fun. While I'm not a big fan of past Bethesda games I think they could make a great sandbox MMO with the Fallout theme.
I enjoyed KOTOR and KOTOR2 games a great deal. My favorite RPG is still Baldur's Gate 2 though. It would have been fine with me if KOTOR was a single player game again. I don't mind it being an MMO except that it seems it will change a lot. I guess I should have anticipated that as Blizzard completely changed their style of game with World of Warcraft.
In the end I guess it doesn't matter to me weather or not it's single player or multi player as long as it's fun. I don't know what fun is exactly, but generally it means I'll be able to play the game without noticing the underlying mechanics. I'll be immersed enough that I'll just fly through the content and want to keep playing the game until I'm burnt out. I haven't played a game like that in a very long time.

I think what he's trying to find out is if you realise this is the SWTOR section and not the KOTOR section?
I'm assuming you're talking about KOTOR 3 and not simply confused about the SWTOR MMO that this section is for.
With that answered, I'm sure you won't get any more off topic posts.
