Mythic somehow found a way to fail even harder than usual.
Log in--->Play a (battleground) over and over and over to level up.
For some reason they decided that only people with high-end rigs could play it.
Hardly anyone playing it at all in low zones, no one ever RVR's in low zones, takes everquest amount of xp to level up; honestly who cares whats going on in higher zones because it's not worth getting there.
Might get some good pirate servers on this-maybe level to cap and contest a keep, but hell even that wouldn't make this a good game.

On the flip side they might be adding a server with no scenarios (or just scenarios for T1). What then?
Funny, have a lvl 20 in under 3 days and never entered a battleground. Therefore people choosing to do so isn't the games fault. However, you writing a "Review" isn't exactly doing anything other than the possibility of starting yet ANOTHER war between fanbois and trolls. Therefore, on that note, i shall say nothing further in this thread, i'm not the type to fuel a fire.

If i am hungry and go to the supermarket i can buy lots of different things to eat. I dont go to the same shelf and then buy and eat the same food over and over again and then blame the supermarket becasue i made the choice to do that when there are plenty of other things to buy and eat.
Becasue a majority of players in WAR have decided to use scenarios to level and you of free mind and body cant tear yuorself away from that majority - you blame the game.
The people that are grinding out the scernarios, much like the people that pve grinded to 40 becasue their were not enough people levelling at the same speed as them to do scenarios (or they prefer to leve lvia questing) are looking forward to endgame sieges pve raids and lots more besides.

Also, on another note, Naming this a "Fair" review is bull as well. A fair review would have highlighted some good points as well as the bad, all this was filled with were opinionated extremes. This is just as bad as the fanbois post stateing it's the best thing since sliced bread and not mentioning a single downside.

It reall is the OP's fault that he chooses to ignore the open field RvR, the PQ's the PVE quests and lore, and chooses to grind scenarios.
see if you are having fun grinding scenarios, then more power to you, but the fact that you dont like it blows my mind.
i bet he doesnt even play warhammer, judging from his detaild descriptions of why he thinks the games garbage.
really one of the most unfair review ive read hear.
oh and war plays just fine on my 3 year old rig, of course not on the highest settings, so thats a garbage statement, get a better graphics card, a ge9800 runs for like under $100.

a) Whether or not you join a scenario is totally up to you. If you don't want to, find a group to do PQs. Can't find one? Tried flying to another zone? Tried staring your own group?
b) My Rig is by no means High end. In fact, I am running WAR on a 1.6Ghz dual core laptop with 2 GB Ram. It runs fine on medium settings for the most part.
c) Without having been to the high lvl zones (apparently), I don't think you are in the position to judge whether it's "worth" getting there. I do agree however that the XP curve gets a bit steeper once you enter Tier 3. I could imagine that Mythic will make adjustments to that eventually. Secondly, I recently re-rolled on another server and guess what, Tier 1 and 2 are totally packed with people... As For RVR in low level zones. Well yes, getting to Tier 2/3 doesn't take that long so there is little motivation to RvR before that. But once you hit Tier 3, there is defenitly RVR to be found if one cares to look for it.
also i should point out that every post in the OP history is bashing everything about war.
hes a wowboi for sure.
that new expansion cant come soon enough, hopefully it will keep you guys occupied for more than a month.
My only question is why can't both exist without one group or another going around bashing the other's games. I play WoW, i play WAR too, along with like several others off and on. I like and dislike various things about each of them. Am i going to go into the forums and start listing the bad points of all of them? Hell no, i play the game for what it is and have fun with it. Wish more people would do that as well.

This does not meet my definition of a fair review.
Its a scenario grind to level, no large RvR battles as ADVERSTISED happen because of scenarios taking priority. Order classes made very unappealing causing a huge pupulation imbalance , thats WAR in a nutshell.

dissagre completely a 300$ will not run war nor will a 500$. O and u can build the best pc in teh world under 10,000$
Hell u need a 7800 or better to play the game fine.
If u have a 5 year old system u might still be able to play such as a 6800 p4 3.0 or better and 1.5gigs of ram.. u won't be able to max anything , but u can play.
