Atlantica for P2P?

Ok Pros and Cons:

Free to Play

- Support sucks

- too many noob players and not much hardcore players

- easy for gold spammers to go spamming

Pay to Play

- Support is good most of the time

- fosters the growth of a ample number of hardcore players

- dunno about gold spammers may be spamming from the free hours of the game etc

So what do you think? Atlantica is a great game after all.

I think that even if we wanted a pay to play game to weed out some people, I think that they really planned their business model after a free to play game. There are often instances where a pay to play becomes a free to play after a few years, but rarely the opposite. I think they're dedicated to developing the game, seeing as how many advertisements I see around the web.

freetoplay is still good because it will be easier to convince people to try it. aside from that, communities tend to be friendlier in freetoplay games because of the noobs present around.
